Course description:
This qualification enables existing holistic therapists to carry out safe and professional therapeutic ear candle treatments. This course covers both practical and theory aspects of treatment. Ear candling is a traditional cleansing therapy of the Hopi Indians and is helpful for problems related to the ear and head, including sinusitis, earache, excessive ear wax and headaches.

- History of ear candling
- Anatomy of the ear and head
- Review of the lymphatic system
- How to conduct a safe and effective treatment
- Analysis of candle contents
- Massage techniques
- Physiological and psychological effects of treatment
- Contra-indications and contra-actions
- Aftercare advice
