Course description:
This course is for existing therapists wishing to expand their knowledge and skills to benefit their clients.

- Deep tissue massage

- Range of movement
- Relaxation techniques
- Theory of deep tissue techniques
- Stretching techniques
- Contra-indications and Contra-actions
- Health and safety
