Course description:
Reflexology involves various techniques to massage reflex areas found in the feet, which correspond to all the parts of the body. They are arranged in such a way as to form a map of the body, enabling the skilled practitioner to treat the whole body via these reflex areas. This course covers all aspects of Reflexology and leads to a recognised practitioner's diploma.

- History of reflexology
- Preparing for and providing a reflexology treatment
- Reflexology points throughout the body
- Relaxation and mobility techniques
- Relevant anatomy and physiology of the feet
- Consultation Skills and after-care advice
- Contra-indications and Contra-actions
- Health and Safety
- This course is delivered over 8 days

Course fees: £425.00
There is a £42.00 fee for VTCT registration and certification. In addition there is a Health & Safety Certificate VTCT Fee of £16.00.
