Massage Techniques Enhancement

Prerequisite: Students must hold a Body Massage qualification

This workshop is designed for qualified massage therapists who wish to expand their techniques or gain more confidence in their practical skills. It is ideal for therapists that are either newly qualified or that have not practised for a while and wish to refresh and update their skills.

We will explore such techniques as:

- Good posture
- Basic neuromuscular techniques
- Forearm use
- Finger and thumb frictions
- Petrissage application and technique
- Heel of hand work
- Learn how to adapt your massage to suit your client

This interactive workshop will leave you feeling confident in the application of all the moves and techniques demonstrated.
